I am disappointed with many of people in the world by now.

They get other people ideas/works, tweak it and claim it that they are the one who make it.

Same like me. I mean my works have been copied and bless, they don't even mentioning my name.

Make it more worse, if someone stumble on the "copy cat" first, they accuse I'm the one copy catting others works...

I did, use other people works, sometime.
But, I still in anyway, grant them a credit.
At least.

And also in the internet we have this called Creative Common License which is a general public license that can protect your intellectual public property such as articles, images, script, codes, etc.

How do I know that is copy/derived from my works.

Well, the code structure, how it arranged, etc.
